Camp notes

PLEASE NOTE: For the 2024-25 school year, this camp will only accept children who are currently on roll in mainstream primary education from Reception - Year 6 (dates of birth between 01/09/2019 and 31/08/2014).

Bookings close online at 12pm each day for the following day. If trying to book after 12pm please contact the office to see if there are any spaces.

CHANGES TO OUR PAYMENT METHODS.

If you are making a booking within 10 working days of camp starting and wish to pay by childcare vouchers or tax free childcare, you will first need to make payment in full by debit/credit card to secure the booking. We will then reimburse you in full once we have received CCV/tax free childcare payment from your provider.

BOOKING AMENDMENTS/CANCELLATIONS:

If you wish to cancel or amend a booking and give more than 3 working days' notice, either a credit will be provided or the date will be moved for you but if you cancel within the 3 working days' there will be no reimbursement.

The Camp fees are not refundable in any circumstances whatsoever other than with the written consent of Munchkin Sports LTD. If the Participant misses a day at Camp they will not be entitled to a free day at camp as a result.

FRIENDSHIP REQUESTS

Due to the logistics of ensuring the correct numbers and ages are in each group, we are unable to confirm any friendship requests for camps for particular days in advance. We do find that once the activities start, most children settle in very quickly and use the camps as an ideal opportunity to not only have fun but also to make new friends outside of their usual friendship groups.

We do always make every effort to accommodate friendship requests on the day, but this can only be done at the discretion of the camp manager on the ground, subject to the numbers in camp on a particular day and cannot be guaranteed.


SIBLING DISCOUNT

We offer a 15% discount on your booking for siblings - if this is not automatically applied please contact the admin team.

LATE PICK UPS

The latest you can collect your child from camp is 6pm. Due to the security of the premises, the caretaking staff are required to lock up each venue at 6pm. Failure to collect your child on time will result in an additional fee of £25.

FOOD & DRINK

We ask that you provide a packed lunch for your Munchkin as well as snacks for throughout the day (we tend to have 2-3 short breaks each day as well as lunch). Please provide sufficient drinks for your child. A water bottle is very handy as the Munchkins can fill up from the drinking fountains throughout the day.

Please note to safeguard children with allergies we have a NO NUT policy.

ALLERGIES OR SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Please let us know if your child has any allergies or any other special requirements that we should be made aware of. All information given will be treated with the strictest confidence.

CLOTHING

Please ensure that your Munchkin wears clothes that he/she feels most comfortable in, that they can run around in easily and that you don’t mind getting dirty! Please also pack a spare set of clothes and something warm just in case the weather takes a turn for the worse.

PHOTOS & VIDEOS

We would like to take photographs and videos of the camps for our website and potentially promotional material. Please let one of the team know if you would prefer your Munchkin not to be photographed.

CONTACT DETAILS

Please let us know of any changes to mobile numbers or email addresses asap so that we know we can get hold of you easily if needs be. Please also let us know if someone other than yourself and/or the child’s parents will be dropping off/picking up each day, any unauthorised person/persons will not be permitted to pick up your child.
