Munchkin Sports Summer Holiday Camps offer a wide variety of sports and activities sure to keep your children not only entertained, but learning lots of new skills too. Every day the children will have brand new experiences, make lots of new friends and of course have lots and lots of fun. Throughout the camp children get to play a range of sports including Rugby, Football, Athletics, Netball, Basketball, Tennis, Cricket, Dance and more. We also do lots of arts and crafts, which the children love! We do this not only because it is fun, but also because it is important that children rest in-between the sports.
Camp notes
PLEASE NOTE: For 2022 this camp will only accept children who are currently on roll in mainstream primary education from Reception - Year 6.
CHANGES TO OUR PAYMENT METHODS.
If you are making a booking within working days 21 days of camp starting you will first need to make payment in full by debit/credit card to secure the booking. We will then reimburse you in full once we have received CCV/tax free childcare payment from your provider.
If you are booking a place before 4th July, you will be able to do so in the usual way, however funds must be received before the start of camp.
COVID-19
We will be continually working to keep procedures up to date, following the latest government guidance.
SIBLING DISCOUNT
We offer a 15% discount on your booking for siblings - if this is not automatically applied please contact the admin team before you pay to get this applied.
LATE PICK UPS
The latest you can collect your child from camp is 5.30pm. Due to the security of the premises, the caretaking staff are required to lock up each venue at 5.30pm. Failure to collect your child on time will result in an additional fee of £25.
GROUPINGS
Children will be split into age specific groups for all activities. We look forward to welcoming your Munchkin to camp, please see below some additional information:
FOOD & DRINK
We ask that you provide a packed lunch for your Munchkin as well as snacks for throughout the day (we tend to have 2-3 short breaks each day as well as lunch). Please provide sufficient drinks for your child. A water bottle is very handy as the Munchkins can fill up from the drinking fountains throughout the day.
Please note to safeguard children with allergies we have a NO NUT policy.
ALLERGIES OR SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Please let us know if your child has any allergies or any other special requirements that we should be made aware of. All information given will be treated with the strictest confidence.
CLOTHING
Please ensure that your Munchkin wears clothes that he/she feels most comfortable in, that they can run around in easily and that you don’t mind getting dirty! Please also pack a spare set of clothes and something warm just in case the weather takes a turn for the worse.
PHOTOS & VIDEOS
We would like to take photographs and videos of the camps for our website and potentially promotional material. Please let one of the team know if you would prefer your Munchkin not to be photographed.
CONTACT DETAILS
Please let us know of any changes to mobile numbers or email addresses asap so that we know we can get hold of you easily if needs be. Please also let us know if someone other than yourself and/or the child’s parents will be dropping off/picking up each day, any unauthorised person/persons will not be permitted to pick up your child.
